WHO DO WE SHIP WITH?

At Bombshell Beauty Academy we ship with AUSTRALIA POST, as they provide the most reliable service with great customer support, including tracking with every order!


DO I GET TRACKING WITH MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive an email containing your tracking information from Australia Post once your order has been received by Australia Post. 

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us via email at bombshellbeautyacademy@gmail.com. This will be the fastest and most efficient point of contact, as we are able to investigate this and send your all information and details a whole lot faster than any other point of contact. 


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We only ship orders on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please note that processing times may vary, typically taking 1-2 business days. During peak periods, such as major sales and public holidays, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Additionally, over Christmas or other public holidays, longer processing times may be experienced as many businesses are closed during these periods

EXPRESS PROCESSING VS EXPRESS POSTAGE

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the location you wish for your goods to be shipped to and the weight of the items ordered, regardless of parcel post or express post. 


ORDERED SOMETHING INTERNATIONALLY?

We still ship our order via Australia Post, with most orders will arrive within 10-20 business days., once arrived in your country it will then switch hands to a local courier which may vary from order to order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SUPPLY OF GOODS

We aim to produce and deliver Bombshell Beauty goods to the highest standard and quality we can possibly make, and sincerely believe that you will be more than pleased with these goods. 


This is why we can confidently offer a 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee on any of your Bombshell Beauty products* should they exhibit a fault, damage or any minor or major issue. If you do find something wrong with the product received and wish for a full refund of the purchased price, the following conditions apply: 


  • Contact our office via email and let us know what has happened to bombshellbeautyacademy@gmail.com within 48hrs of the goods being received. 
  • All products you wish to be refunded, credited or exchanged must be received by our office within 14 business days from the date of invoice. 
  • Returned goods must be as new, unused and in original packaging. 
  • A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned goods along with your full contact details. 
  • It is at Bombshell Beauty Academy’s discretion, depending on the level of fault of the item(s) to offer to replace, store credit or refund the item. 
  • If the items are found to be not faulty, damaged or with any minor or major problem and you have simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, found an item cheaper somewhere else, ordered the wrong product, found a better product elsewhere, were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, damaged the product by misusing it or used the product for a duration of time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear, then it is entirely at the discretion of Bombshell Beauty Academy to refund, store credit or exchange the product. 

Should an incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged on delivery be reported to our office within 2 days (48 hours) of being received. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office, as stated in the terms and conditions stated above. 


*Please note this excludes our online courses and any product outside the Bombshell Beauty Academy branding
