Eyelash Extension Policy

SALON POLICY FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS

When you book an appointment at Bombshell Beauty Academy, that appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accomodate other clients waiting for appointments. 

A $50 non-refundable deposit for a full set of Eyelash Extensions and $30 for a refill is required to secure your booking. These appointments take the longest time slots and if canceled unexpectedly are more difficult to fill. Your reservation fee will need to be paid at the time of booking an appointment. All payments can be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal or cash. 

Booking fee will come off the total of your appointment cost. 

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients a minimum 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. 

Any cancellations/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in 50 percent of the service being added to your next appointment. 

NO SHOWS 

No show with no advanced notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Last minute cancellations will be treated the same as no-shows. 

LATE ARRIVALS 

Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible we will try to adjust our schedule.However we can not give a guarantee, so please be aware that your treatment time may be shortened with a full cost charged. 

WAITING LIST 

Can't get an appointment on your desired time? Ask to go on our waiting list and if something becomes available, you will be contacted. 

ARRIVAL 

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms or use the bathroom and remove any make-up if need be.

IMPORTANT 

We offer professional lash services therefore it is the clients responsibility to make sure all makeup product or/and old strip lash glue is removed prior to Full Lash sets and Lash Refills. Kindly cleanse your lashes with the recommended lash cleanser making sure the root of your lashes is clean to ensure the best bond possible.

We do NOT fill other techs unless consulted with us prior. A removal and a new set is usually required due to poor quality of service.

Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by Bombshell Beauty Academy skilled and trained staff. Whilst care is taken, no refunds will be issues for reactions. Bombshell Beauty Academy do offer a free removal if any reactions occurs. Please contact with the salon immediately if you become aware of allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
