Will I receive a Certificate upon completion of my course?
Yes! ALL of our courses come with a certificate of completion!
Once you have completed 100% of your course and all your assignments have been approved, your certificate will be accessible via your student dashboard.
Some of our courses are Internationally Accredited through the Beauty Industry Approval (BIA). This means they are recognised worldwide after completion. This Includes Australia, The United States and The UK. These courses will have BIA Stamps!
For all our other courses that aren’t Internationally Accredited, our Certificate is legal and valid for use anywhere in Australia and also many other countries in the world to either work in a salon or start your own business.
If you are outside of Australia, you will need to check locally to see if any licensing requirements are in force as some have changed.
Do you do payment plans?
Yes, we do. We have AfterPay, Pay-It-Later, Humm and LayBuy.
Are you an RTO? Is your course Nationally Accredited?
No, Bombshell Beauty Academy is not an RTO (Registered Training Office), therefore our courses are not Nationally Accredited. Our courses contain a lot of the same information and are complete in the information provided, however we have found that some of the RTO requirements to be outdated and lacking in areas. Hence why we as working Beauty Therapists developed our own courses with the latest information and trends.
I’ve purchased my course, but haven’t received any details to be able to access this? When will I get this?
Most of our courses will automatically enrol, by either generating you an account or adding the course to your existing dashboard. There are some instances where this may not be the case, the below courses require us to manually enrol you, please keep this in mind before emailing us:
- Certificate in Lash Lifting & Tinting
- Certificate in Body Waxing
- Certificate in Tinting
- All Bundles
As we do have to manually enrol the above mentioned courses, please allow us the next business day to rectify this before contacting us! We are closed Sundays and Mondays and therefore are unable to enrol you on these days.
If you haven’t purchased any of the above or are still missing your purchase please double check the details given in your order and that your email address is correct!
Do I need previous experience to complete your courses?
There are absolutely no pre-requisites for any of our courses. Our courses have been designed for those with no prior beauty experience to get them into the Beauty Industry quickly.
Our unique step by step training program along with the subject training explains everything you need to know, from start to finish.
What items and products will I need to complete my chosen course?
As each course is different, all product requirements will be explained in each course at the beginning.
We have course kits available for our students connivence. If you'd like to source different products from your local salon supply store, thats fine too.
How long does it take ot complete my chosen course?
Our courses are completely self paced, therefore it is dependant on the Student on how long it takes to complete these. Each course does also vary in length so this is also a factor to consider.
Many students complete our courses in 1-3 weeks of enrolment.
What content does Bombshell’s Courses include?
Our courses are a mixture of Quizzes, Presentations, Assignments, Multiple choice and video lessons!
They are extremely easy to follow and packed with so much information on each subject. Our courses are specially designed to help you engage and hold the information we teach you to excel you to success in your chosen field!
I have purchased my course, but is it okay for me to start at a later date?
Once purchased, when you start your course is entirely up to you. Our courses are all completely self paced as to suit our students' needs.
How long does it take my assignment to be reviewed?
Your assignment is awaiting marking form our course assessors. Depending on the volume of assignments submitted this may take anywhere from 1-2 Business Days to be marked.
Please also note that we are closed Sundays and Mondays*, therefore any assignments submitted from Saturday evening onwards will likely not be marked until the following Tuesday. All assignments are marked in order of submission date, so please bear with us as we work to get through your assignments.
*This also includes Public Holidays.
Does my course come with a kit provided?
Our courses do not automatically come with kits provided, however you do have the option to purchase the courses as either the course only, the course with kit and the kit by itself. Look out for the drop down option box on your desired courses page.
What happens if I upload the wrong assignment?
Please contact the academy via customerservice@bombshellbeautyacademy.com to rectify this.
I have purchased a kit, how long will it take to ship to me?
Course kits are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days, this then depends on the shipping method and your location on how long it will take to arrive. Orders within Australia usually arrive in about a week or so. International order may take up to 1 month. Express Post is the timeframe it takes for AusPost uses to deliver your parcel, this does not include processing times.
Please note due to Public Holidays and COVID-19, some delays are to be expected.
I’m having trouble logging into my account, what can I do?
Please double check you are logging in using the Student Login button at the top of the Homepage. This is a different account to your online customer account. Please ensure the email address you are using is the one you signed up with.
If you are still experiencing difficulties with this, please clear all website cookies and caches and then try again.
I’ve finished my course, but the name on the certificate is wrong, what can I do?
Our certificates are generated with the same name you use when you checkout on our store. This is the name that will be on your certificate. Please ensure you have the correct spelling for this before enrolment to your selected course.

Can I transfer my course to someone else?
In some circumstances, yes. If you have not begun any of your courses, or have purchased courses as part of a business for your staff we can transfer ownership of the courses.
However if you have begun your course or more than 30days has passed we are unable to transfer the ownership of your course to another. Our courses have unlimited lifetime access and you can pick this up again at anytime should it suit.
